At SgraNode, we are committed to your satisfaction with every Keyboard, Mouse, or Combo purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for a refund:

  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling.
  • Personalized or custom-configured items (unless defective).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item with all original contents. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider's policies.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the cost of return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund for you.

Refund Amounts

For eligible returns, you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
