Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

SgraNode currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number to [email protected]. The estimated transit time for Standard Shipping varies by destination:

  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-18 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7-12 business days
  • Other Regions: 14-21 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and do not include order processing time. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the total weight of your items and your delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Please be aware that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. SgraNode has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information prior to placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Click the tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. SgraNode is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or redirection.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if they are refused, are unclaimed, or have an insufficient address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees we incur.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
