1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the SgraNode website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and SgraNode. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from the Site.

2. Products and Orders

SgraNode sells computer peripherals, including keyboards, mice, and combo sets. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SgraNode, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SgraNode does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of SgraNode or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "SgraNode" name and logo are trademarks of our company.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-eligible Items: Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, opened software, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
• Defective Products: For products deemed defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

6. General Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
